We provide guidance, seed funding, and mentorship so they can design their own path to financial self-sufficiency. We offer tools, resources, and connections—from building business plans to accessing banking services, often for the first time.
We believe the people we serve know best what they need to transform their lives. Our role is to help them recognize their potential, instill confidence, and support them as trusted friends and advisors along the way.
At Sustain for All, our approach to sustainability is rooted in partnership and fairness. We provide aspiring entrepreneurs with seed funding, tools, and mentorship to bring their ideas to life. In return, their ventures share a portion of profits with us—using a declining share model designed to ensure their long-term independence.
Here’s how it works: profits are shared equally until the initial seed investment is fully repaid. After that, our share gradually decreases over a set period of time, until 100% of the profits remain with the entrepreneur. This approach ensures accountability while reinforcing our mission of empowerment, not dependency.
In addition, a portion of the profits we receive goes into a Venture Reinvestment Fund, enabling us to support new entrepreneurs and grow the impact of every successful venture. Importantly, in cases of loss, entrepreneurs carry no financial burden. Instead, we help them start again, providing new opportunities to succeed.
This win-win model creates lasting change—helping the poorest and most marginalized communities build self-sustaining futures while fueling a cycle of opportunity for others.
